Inspired by this Japanese tradition, the Bover Noren are lightweight, decorative light structures with sound-absorbing panels which, when combined together, help to coordinate the space by integrating sound and light. Noren take its name from the pieces of fabric that were traditionally used as curtains in Japanese homes to divide different areas, replacing walls, doors or windows.
