Blue Skies, by Michael Anastassiades, is a table lamp composed of a silver base and a Hinoki wood and Tosa-Washi paper reflector. A projected light beam is shot upwards from the base and is caught by the paper shade positioned at an angle directly above. A reflected, meditative glow on a floating disc, highlighting the texture of the paper’s structure. A simple balancing gesture of capturing light which would have otherwise been lost.

Light Source: 1 x 10W GU10 PAR 16 LED bulb (included)
